Professor Sangsoo Kim is a professor in the Department of Tax, Accounting, and Finance at Global Business School of the Catholic University, where he teaches tax subjects such as Introduction to Income Tax Law and Income Tax Law Practice Course. He received a bachelor's degree from the College of Business Administration of Seoul National University, and a master's and a doctoral degree in taxation from the Graduate School of Science in Taxation of University of Seoul. He has field experiences in IPO (Initial Public Offering) of corporate finance, PEF (private equity fund), and PI (Principal Investment), and is currently working as a representative certified tax accountant at a tax firm. His main research interest is in the field of tax planning and tax strategies that maximize after-tax profits through various decision-making processes of individuals and corporations.
